We are a two-person research studio. We design field studies, run them end to end, and write the kind of report that a board can actually act on — short, sourced, and honest about what the data cannot say.
Field studies
Survey design, sampling frames, interviewer training and the unglamorous quality checks that decide whether the numbers mean anything.
Measurement review
We audit an existing metric or dashboard and tell you where it drifts, what it double-counts, and what it quietly omits.
Reporting
Plain-language write-ups with the method appendix attached, so a sceptical reader can retrace every step.

How we work
Every project starts with one question written on a single line. If we cannot write it, the study is not ready. From there we agree in advance what result would change your mind — and what result would not.
We publish our instruments. Questionnaires, coding frames and weighting notes go into the appendix, whether or not the findings flatter anyone.
